Payment

All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (This can be changed using our language and currency switcher), including VAT and delivery costs.


Offgridconnection accepts various online payment methods (See the bottom of the website for our payment options)

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by your order's total amount, your chosen flexible payment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will apply. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled. Payment and prepayment of orders

At Offgridconnection, payment is generally not processed until your order has been dispatched. However, in certain cases – especially for campervan modules – payment may be processed earlier. This is due to the following:

  • Our suppliers require prepayment to produce and ship the item.

  • Our payment system (Shopify Payments) automatically cancels a payment if it is not completed within 7 days. To avoid this, and to avoid having to charge payment again, the payment is typically registered automatically after 7 days – even if the item has not yet been shipped.

We clearly state this in the terms and conditions, and it is fully legal under Danish consumer law, as long as it is clearly communicated – which we do.


Pre-order

  • For pre-orders, the following applies:
    Payment may be processed before the item is in stock, as the system automatically withdraws the money after 7 days (as mentioned above)
  • You reserve your place in an upcoming delivery or production
  • You can always cancel your order and get a refund, as long as the item has not yet been shipped

For regular orders

For more common products and stock items, payment is usually processed:

  • When the item has been shipped and you have received a delivery confirmation

  • Or automatically 7 days after ordering, if the order has not yet been shipped

If payment is not registered within 7 days, it will be automatically canceled by the system, and we will then need to request the amount again via, for example, an invoice.


Thank you for your understanding

We hope you understand this practice – it is solely due to the structure of our production and collaboration with suppliers. As one of the few in Denmark offering campervan modules and customized outdoor equipment, our processes are a little different from classic webshops – but you are always assured of your right of withdrawal and secure payment.

 


We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.

Right to claim

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year right to claim is granted for products. The claim applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

A claim must be reported to us within "reasonable time" after receiving the item. One month (30 days) is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The right to claim does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Offgridconnection covers return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Personal data policy

When you purchase goods and provide information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, among other things in our freight handling, which is not developed by offgridconnection. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with current regulations on the protection of personal data.

 

Use of discount codes

Discount codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted or on sale. Unfortunately, our system does not support automatic restriction of this, and if a discount code is misused in connection with discounted items, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to correct the amount.
