Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all orders to customers within the EU. We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra charges; we prefer things to be simple and easy.
For delivery of larger and heavier products to islands not connected by bridge (e.g., Bornholm, Fanø, Samsø, Læsø, etc.), extra shipping costs from the carrier may occur in some cases. If this is the case, we will always contact you before dispatch, so you have the opportunity to approve or cancel the order.

Delivery time:
The delivery time for products varies from 4-10 business days, and some products can take 2-8 weeks, as they need to be produced and specified for the individual customer (e.g., campervan modules). Read more under "When purchasing campervan modules".
We always strive to ship your products as quickly as possible. Once we have received your order, we process it as quickly as possible (within 2-4 business days) and send the order on its way to you.
All items on the website are order items and are ordered from an external supplier.
When Purchasing Campervan Modules:
Always ensure that you have ordered the correct product and that the dimensions of the ordered campervan module match the smallest measured dimensions in your car/van.
It is not our responsibility that you order the correct product, although we are happy to assist with help and information.
When ordering a Campervan Module, always include the car make, car model, and license plate. This way, we may be able to help identify any errors before the order is sent.

The delivery time for our campervan modules varies from 2 to 8 weeks. This delivery time differs from the rest of our products, as the manufacturer or supplier often only produces the product after an order is placed. This is because all cars have different dimensions, and the manufacturer wants to ensure that you receive a product that fits your car perfectly.
However, some of our products are designed to fit most cars, which may result in a faster delivery time, but this varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or out of stock, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email to see if alternative arrangements can be made. If your items are available for immediate delivery (within 3-7 business days), we will process the payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.
Order Delivery: If your order is in stock and we process the payment on your credit card, it will be delivered within three business days from the date we receive your order in our system. We will send you a shipping confirmation within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order, please feel free to contact us at [email address].
International Orders: Please note that our products are made specifically for the Danish market. Contact us at Info@offgridconnection.cor for further dialogue and information regarding international orders.
Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make a note of it upon delivery or refuse to accept the delivery. If you accept delivery, you must immediately take photos with your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside. If your items arrive damaged, please send photos to Business@offgridconnection.com and visit our Returns page to submit your return request online.
