Easy Return Policy at OffgridConnection
14 Days to Return: If you regret your purchase, you can easily return it within 14 days. Write to us at Business @offgridconnection.com with your order number and we will help you further.
Please note: There are a few items where the 14 day right of withdrawal does NOT apply. If this is the case, it will be stated in the product description on the product in question.
What You Need to Know about Returns
- Payment for Returns: You must pay for returning the item yourself.
- The item must be like new: To get your money back, the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Refund: When we receive the item back, we will check it and refund your purchase.
Condition upon Return:
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. In other words, you can examine the goods as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used more than described above, it is considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase price. This depends on the commercial value of the item at the time the return is received. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the item should only be tested without actually being used.
If the item is damaged upon receipt
- Please report to us immediately with pictures at Business @offgridconnection.com if your item is damaged when you receive it.
- We cover the costs of returning damaged goods.
Order Cancellation
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid additional costs.
- If cancelled before we ship the item, you will receive a full refund. After shipping, the normal return policy applies.
Additional Info
- Special conditions for certain products will be stated in the product descriptions.
- "Used" products cannot be returned.
- Products purchased for one-time use, such as for trade shows, cannot be returned.
